SOCIAL PROGRAM

Terms

Participants must be EPNS members who have paid their current year annual subscription fee. If not an EPNS member, interested parties are welcome to visit https://www.epns.info/ or email info@epns.info for more information.
This is a popular event with a limited number of participants. Registrations will be accepted on a strictly first come, first served basis
Certificates will be awarded for the best participant case presentations.
EACCME® accreditation will be applied for.
The official language of the training course is English.

Bookings & Payments

The contractor of the EPNS2023 course is SIA Top Session (Reg. Nr.: 40203157611, 5-15 Mērsraga street, Rīga, LV-1002) on behalf of Latvian Society of Pediatric Neurologists, sends customers an invoice according to the information given on the registration form. By accepting these terms, the customer agrees to purchase the services of their choice at the agreed-upon price, as stated in the booking.

Payment

Full payment of fees is required prior to the Event. Payment can be made by bank transfer only.

! After the registration you will receive an invoice. Invoice number should be used as the reference and the payment processed within 10 calendar days. Do not process the payment without receiving an invoice beforehand.

Cancellation Policy

Registration and payment will be confirmed by e-mail. If you haven’t received and order confirmation, please check your junk e-mail folder. If you still cannot find the order confirmation, please contact us at events@topsession.eu

Cancellations received up to 10 February, 2023 are eligible to a cancellation fee 30.00 EUR
Cancellations received from 11 February, 2023 will not be refunded.

If the course is cancelled due to reasons beyond our control, the EPNS will not refund pre-booked travel, extra accommodation or costs for a traveling partner.

NB! Please send cancellations to events@topsession.eu and make sure to receive a confirmation of receipt. Cancellations are only accepted in writing. However, it is possible to allocate the booking to a third party. The contact details of the new participant are to be sent immediately, no later than 14 days before the event. However, it is not possible to change the person or organization liable for the payment.

COVID-19 (Novel Coronavirus) situation

The EPNS and local team in Latvia place a high priority on the safety and well-being of all participants. It is impossible at this stage to predict how the situation around COVID-19 might evolve and we are monitoring closely. Please continue to adhere to guidance from your own government and employer in relation to travel and training course attendance.
